Family......

I have been thinking a lot about family lately and how very blessed I am to have so many close by. I don't know what I would do with out their support and friendship. My immediate family,my children and husband , I can't say enough about. They are the best. I love to see their silly smiles when they have slyly made fun of their poor mommy. :) I love to see my husband in the back yard on the ground clawing his way to his children who are laughing histerically and trying to get away from the "Monster". I love to hear the sweet prayers of my children before we go to bed and before we start our day. I love to hear my husband pray for the safety and well being of me and our children. How much I treasure those sweet moments.

I also have my family who I grew up with and treasure more than I could put into words. My parents for starters.....Wow! They are amazing. I think I must have been the luckiest girl to have them. They gave me such an amazing example to live by and so much support in everything that I ever did. And when things that I did were far from what I needed to be doing, they were still there with open arms to love me and care for me. That above everything else is what made me who I am today. I hope I am able to be half the parents they were and still are! Then, there are my siblings.....Again, I am so lucky. I grew up with my best friends right in my room or in the room next door. How can it get any better than that?They are always there with an ear to listen when I am troubled or with open arms when I need a hug. Matt often teases me that I am on the phone with them more than I talk to him....Not True! But probably close.. :)

I have had several experiences where I am upset and My sister will call. She has always been good at being so intuned with the spirit and knowing when I need her. Infact, she knew I was pregnant with Tiny A even before I did....I am so lucky! I also have the most amazing grandparents and Aunts and Uncles around. Again, the example they set for us growing up helped us all. They are a true treasure! I didn't get to know my dad's mom, but yet I feel like I do know her. Maybe she helped watch us before we left Heaven. I always loved being with my grand-daddy. He was the sweetest. My mom's parents, I was lucky to have around a lot and treasure the time I spent with them as a youth. They also were pioneers in my family for they joined the church when my mom was a little girl. Wow! Again, what a blessing that was to my family. Where would I be with out the gospel in my life?

Then, I have my husbands family......They are the best in-laws any one could ever have. My kids have such great grandparents and Aunts and Uncles on both sides of the family.....I thank my Heavenly Father every day for the family I have been blessed to be a part of. Each one has played such an important role in my life and of my childrens lives. I am very Thankful for you all!
