I have been thinking alot about my sweet husband lately and how very grateful I am to have him......He is a true blessing in my life! I don't know how many of you know our story but we have been together since Matt was 16 and I was 17...(Yes, I am older) I was a Senior in High School and he was a Junior. Before we even knew each other Matt decided to ask me to Prom. Our high school was very small so I already had a pretty good idea this was going to happen and I am sure for his own confidence he had a pretty good idea that I would say yes. Anyway....As his friends chanted "Matt, Matt, Matt...." And I ran to class (out of embarressment for I knew what was going on) he caught up to me and asked me to prom ( I later found out it was then or never as another guy was going to ask me during that class period.) Well Lucky Matt (This is my version of the story :) )
I said yes! And pretty much the rest is history. We never dated anyone else. We did break up a time or two but something kept pulling us back...(Oh, the life of a high schooler...Going out...Breaking up...AAHH, What an emotional roller coaster..:) ) Now, Look at us...Married with 5 kids....Who would have ever thought? And you know the most wonderful thing is~ I wouldn't trade it for anything! I am so Lucky! Thank you, Matt, for taking this journey with me.....I Love you!

High school Prom! Wow, we were young. Check out Matt's Vanilla Ice Hair Style! Looking Good!
My High School graduation! Poor Matt still had one more year, and he didn't have me there to keep him company! Poor guy, what a boring year...( Again, My version of the story :) )
Now you can see why I liked him...He was so Cute!

The Dating years...What Fun!

I will love him Forever!

Matt and Big A......

Pinky,
I think he has had more hairstyles than me. Did you see how long his hair was in the picture with Alec and myself? He would even pull it back in a ponytail.EEkkk! Silly boy!
Who would have ever thought with all we went through in the beginning that we would be where we are.
What a journey life is.....But it's all worth it, isn't it?
