Our Beloved Prophet

For all who had not heard yet.....
Our Beloved Prophet, Gordon B. Hinckley's funeral will be Saturday at 11:00. You can go to your stake building where it will be broadcast or watch it on the BYU channel.
As I have been thinking about him these last few days......I have been remembering all that he taught us. And how much it has made me who I am..Then I started thinking about all of the prophets, prophets of old and Latter Day prophets. They truly are instruments in the hand of the Lord.
As it says in Mosiah 23:14, 17–18
“Trust no one to be your teacher nor your minister, except he be a man of God, walking in his ways and keeping his commandments. …
“… And none were consecrated except they were just men.
“Therefore they did watch over their people, and did nourish them with things pertaining to righteousness.”
These words describe perfectly the prophets, seers, and revelators who lead this Church. They speak the words of God with clarity, authority, and understanding.
I feel so blessed that I live in the times of the Restored gospel. I am grateful for a living prophet!
