How To Train To Be An Ironman.......

First you get up at 4:30, ride your bike on a trainer until it is light and then get outside to ride for a total of 105 miles and then when you get back you take your 2 year old daughter with you to run 12 miles. Now that's tough!

Oh and I forgot to mention while he was working out I was bravely running my four miles. I know my abilities amaze me at times, too! :)
