Volcano National Park..

Note: I put captions with each picture but when I published it they were all mixed up... But you can get the idea of what caption goes with each picture... I hope...

Yesterday we went out to the Volcano National park... Really cool... Lots of pictures here, again more for my own memory then anything else...
Finally the ironman is wiped out! :)
Brothers are sure great when you need a shoulder to lean on..
Ready for the hike down into a volcano crater... The last time this one had lava flow in it was in 1956. And it takes 100 years for it to completely cool. So you could put you hands by cracks and it felt like a heater.. Pretty cool and a little eerie... :s
Hike down...
Heading out...
Sitting in front of a new vent that opened up... When Matt and I were here 2 years ago we stood and had pictures taken right where the vent now is... Again, EEERIE!
Flower in the bottom of the crater.. Beautiful!
Ironman Daddy.... Don't worry we didn't let him do this for more than a couple of miles... HeeHee.. Alec came to the rescue...
The Lava tubes.. Very cool.....
